St Mark’s Christmas Appeal

At St Mark’s we are committed to providing every student with the opportunity to achieve their full potential and this year our Christmas Appeal went one step further to help us share this ambition with students in Mexico.

St Mark’s students and staff, who took part in the Build Hope project earlier this year, were keen to continue to support the many families that they met during their visit in July. Whilst there, they learned that, whilst education is free, each child needs to supply their own uniform, books and equipment meaning that a great number of children are not in regular education.

Our appeal raised £1,150 providing over 45 young people in Mexico with a fully equipped rucksack to ensure that they have all that they need for a year at school.
