Year 5 and Year 6 East Bath Cluster Football Festival
Sixty football players from the East Bath Sports Cluster met at St Mark’s School for a football festival in preparation for an East Bath Football League and Cup. Year 5 and 6 pupils from Bathampton, St Andrew’s, St John’s Catholic Primary, St Saviour’s Juniors and Swainswick played three matches each with all teams recording a win or a score draw.

School Sports Coordinator, Brendan Rouse, who organised the event, was especially pleased to welcome St Andrew’s who have joined the cluster this year. He thanked Year 9 St Mark’s student Tom Black who refereed along with Mr Hamilton and Mr Elliot. He also thanked Football Coach, James Gray, who helped organise teams through his after-school clubs.
